The Valley is full of beautiful lots wearing dated homes — heavy, dark interiors that no longer match how anyone wants to live. We acquire them quietly, take them down to good bones, and rebuild them light and calm: white oak, clean millwork, honest stone, black and brass.
Then we furnish them completely. A P48 home is delivered the way a great hotel suite greets you — considered, warm, and ready. The only thing you bring is yourself.

The studio
P48 is run by a husband-and-wife team who have built and sold homes at this tier for years — and built a nationally known brand before that. One leads design and furnishing as a single creative authorship. The other runs sourcing, construction, and the business. The next generation is training to run the jobs.
No outside designer to please, no general contractor to chase. The people who imagine the home are the people accountable for it — which is exactly why nothing leaves their hands unfinished.
